DELIVERY & RETURNS
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days of purchase but this may increase at very busy periods. If your order is urgent or needed by a particular date please note this during checkout whilst placing your order or email email@example.com, stating your order number. We will do our best to meet any delivery requests, but cannot guarantee fulfilment.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping. You will receive a notification when your order is shipped. If you haven’t received your item with 3-4 days of shipping please contact us.
We hope you'll love your purchase, but if you wish to return it, please contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Goods not eligible for return are bespoke commissions, personalised items and perishable goods, unless faulty, as well as earrings.
Items should be returned in the original packaging for protection in transit. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further details.
